Shipping rates
Delivery area
Motiv Supplements currently accepts and delivers online orders only to valid addresses within Turkey. International delivery is not currently available.
How shipping charges are applied
The applicable shipping charge is based on the value of your order and will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Orders with a total value of 3,000 TL or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below 3,000 TL are subject to an 80 TL shipping charge.
Delivery information
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and any information reasonably required to complete delivery.
Delivery may be delayed when the address or contact information provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Delivery delays
Delivery timing may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or appears to be missing an item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear details or photographs of the issue.
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
